Oelwein Daily Register, Oelwein, IA	05 Apr 1941	Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Simpson of Savanna, Illinois are enjoying a visit here with the former's sister, Mrs. Donna Laffoon, and mother, Mrs. C. Simpson. Mr. Simpson was formerly employed as a brakeman on the CGW here. For the last twenty years he has lived in Savanna, and is now with the Milwaukee railroad, as conductor on the Hiawatha.

Other guests at the Zimmer home during the past week were Mrs. Zimmer's sister, Miss Cynthia McNerney, of Savanna, Illinois, Mr. Zimmer's mother and brother, Mrs. Roy Zimmer, of Ida Grove, and Mr. and Mrs. F. L. Zimmer, of Lake View.
