THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF NANCY J. CHAPMAN
IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN
I, Nancy J. Chapman, of the City of Bloomfield, County of Stoddard, State of
Missouri, being now in a state of good health, strength of body and mind, but
sensible of the uncertainty of life, desiring to make disposition of my property
and affairs while in health and strength do hereby make, publish and declare the
following to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking and cancelling all
other or former wills by me at any time made.
Article First: I declare the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses
out of my estate, by my executor hereinafter named.
Article Second: I give and bequeath to my beloved grandsons, Stephen Stebbins
Chapman, Donald Charles Chapman, and Henry Lewellyn Chapman, sons of my deceased
son, Clarence Lewellyn Chapman, the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) each.
Article Third: I give ad bequeath to my beloved grandson, Donald Gilbert
Chapman, son of Donald Roy Chapman, the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00).
Article Fourth: I give and bequeath to my beloved grand-daughter, Virginia
Margaret Jamison,
daughter of Olive Virginia Jamison, the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00).
Article Fifth: I give and bequeath to my beloved grand-daughter, Jane Elizabeth
Jobe,
daughter of Nellie Mae Jobe, the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00).
Article Sixth: All the rest of the residue of my estate, real, personal and
mixed, of whatsoever character, and where ever situated, I give and bequeath to
my beloved children, Olive Virginia Jamison, Donald Roy Chapman, and Nellie Mae
Jobe, in equal portions, share and share alike, to have and to hold in fee
simple absolute.
Article Seventh: I hereby appoint and constitute my son-in-law, Louie Jobe,
Executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness thereof, I, Nancy J. Chapman, have to this my last will and
testament, consisting of two sheets of paper, subscribed my name this 5th day of
May, 1924.

The foregoing testament consisting of two pages was at the date thereof signed
and declared by the said Nancy J. Chapman to be her last will and testament in
the presence of us, who at her request, and in her presence, and in the presence
of each other, have subscribed our names thereto.

On this 26th day of June 1926, before the undersigned M. Walker Cooper, judge of
the probate court personally appeared Nellie M. Jobe, who being duly sworn, says
that to the best information and belief of affliant Nancy J. Chapman died
testate bloomfield, Missouri on the 25th day of June, 1926 leaving as his heirs
at law Olive Virginia Jamison, daughter, Donald Roy Chapman, son; Nelle Mae Jobe,
daughter; Stephen S. Chapman, grand-son; Donald C.Chapman, grand-son; and Henry
R. Chapman, grand-son;

Sworn to and subscribed before me this 26th day of June 1926.
