WEDDED

The marriage of Miss May Williams and Mr. Jason Kieffer was solemnized at the home of the bride’s parents at Woodland, Carroll Co., Ill. On Thursday evening, June 20, 1907, Rev. McCracken of Zion pronouncing the words which united the young couple for better or worse.

The bride is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Williams and a young lady of more than ordinary ability, who has many friends in this vicinity.

The groom is the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. D. R. Kieffer of Hanover, and is one of our industrious and most enterprising young farmers who has hosts of friends in this vicinity as well as in Carroll county where he formerly resided.

After the ceremony a sumptuous wedding dinner was served, and later the newly wedded couple took the train for St. Paul, to spend their honeymoon, and later they will commence housekeeping on the Kieffer farm near Hanover.

The JOURNAL wishes the couple all the happiness and prosperity which can accrue from a life of well doing.
